THE ADOBE HIDDEN TREASURES BAUHAUS POSTER DESIGN CONTEST
My second entry for Adobe "Hidden Treasures" challenge #2 creating a poster using the fonts based on hand-drawn letterforms from the Bauhaus school archive. I have selected the following fonts “Joschmi” provided by Adobe designed by Joost Schmidt, recreated by Flavia Zimbardi and the font "CarlMarx" designed by Carl Marx, recreated by Hidetaka Yamasaki. Fonts available through Adobe Typekit.
The Bauhaus also known as the “building house,” the Bauhaus was a school for a union of fine arts and design education. My concept was to create a building shape from the name "Bauhaus".
